Hey Ryan,<div><br></div><div>It looks like the graphs aren't being transfered over to my webserver (it's the same machine, so i guess rsync just isn't moving them over) . I tried moving them over to my images directory, but this caused a bunch of other problems.</div>

The things I would check would be:<br>
Are the graphs actually in /var/www/cgi-bin/images/<u></u>AMPATH_Research/ but unable to be loaded by apache?<br>
If not:<br>
Are the graphs being created by create_report (into whatever you set for graph_dir) but not being transferred to the web server?<br>
If not:<br>
Is create_report giving any sort of errors when it's run?<br>
If not:<br>
